Wash Care

Following these wash care instructions is the best way to keep your item as good as new for as long as possible!

1. Embellished/ hand embroidered product.
2. Gentle Hand Wash, or Machine Wash Gentle Cycle with like colors (at or below 30 degrees C).
3. Do not Bleach
4. Air Dry (Recommended) or Tumble Dry Low Heat.
5. Iron Low Temperature (if required).

NOTE: Do not dry clean.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Momzjoy's products are made-to-order and handcrafted with love in its in-house units in India and hence products may reach you within 7 to 14 working days. However, we understand you may have scheduled maternity shoots, baby showers, travel plans or family events etc. on a particular date, hence, we offer priority delivery in such cases. In case you wish to have a priority delivery - please reach out to us via contact@momzjoy.com and we can surely help you with the same :) (paid orders are preferred for priority deliveries)

RETURNS

IMP : Products on FLAT 1999/- sale are not eligible for returns/exchange.

For all other products, you must raise a return or exchange request by emailing us at contact@momzjoy.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

We stand by the quality of products we create. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will definitely make things right for you. We have both exchange and return (store credit, refund to source - in prepaid orders, refund to bank account in COD) options available. We provide money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.

In case of prepaid orders, full amount is refunded.

In COD orders, the full refund amount minus COD and restocking charge of Rs.100 is deducted per order
