When Will I Be Charged?
Customers are charged when they finalise their order online. If you have a discount code, enter it in the field while placing the order online.
Can I Place My Order Over The Phone?

Will I Be Charged Customs & Import Duties?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
What Size Should I Buy?
Momzjoy makes it easy to select the size of its styles while you place the order. We suggest you order Momzjoy equivalent size of your pre-pregnancy size. i.e. if your pre-pregnancy size is Large, you must order large of Momzjoy products during your pregnancy. When will my order reach me?
We are proud to announce that our delivery partner is ShipRocket and together we aim to ensure timely delivery on your doorstep. Your orders will reach you in maximum 7-10 working days.
Can I Change My Order After Placing It?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it is confirmed online. However, you can return the item and amount will be credited to your account which can be used for next shopping again. Please read our returns policy for more details.
Can I return my order?
