A. Orders Shipped to India

At Momzjoy, all our products are thoughtfully designed and made with care.
We follow a strict NO RETURN & NO EXCHANGE policy.
Important Notes:
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • We do not offer size exchanges after delivery.
  • To ensure the perfect fit, customers are requested to share accurate size details at the time of placing the order.
  • Based on the size details shared, we will make and dispatch the product accordingly.

B. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us clear photos along with your order ID and barcode within 48 hours of delivery.
  • In such genuine cases, we will review and assist with a replacement or resolution, subject to verification.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

C. Luxe Collection:

  • Luxe Collection items are made-to-order and are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customers must carefully confirm measurements and order details before placing the order.

D. International Orders:

  • International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customers are responsible for any custom duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country.

E. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed or production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
  • For approved cancellations, only the eligible amount will be refunded.
  • Any partial payment, advance amount, or processing charges are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

F. Undelivered Products:

  • If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date for assistance.

H. Payment & Shipping:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for domestic (India) orders.
  • Prepaid orders are preferred and processed on priority.
  • International shipping charges:
    -$23 (₹2,000) for orders under $179 (₹15,000)
    -$11 (₹1,000) for orders above $179 (₹15,000)
