A. Orders Shipped to India.
We offer a 7-day Hassle-Free Returns/Exchange policy
Eligibility for Returns/Exchange:
1. Time Frame:
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.
- Exchange is allowed once per order.
2. Condition of Items:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Items must have all tags attached and be in their original packaging.
- All included accessories, invoices, and freebies must be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as Final Sale, Maternity Lingerie, Feeding Pillows, and Baby Products (due to hygiene norms) are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Products purchased on clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Right to Refuse Returns:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet our policy guidelines.
Return/Exchange Process:
1. Request a Return/Exchange:
- Email us at contact@momzjoy.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Mention your *order number* and reason for return/exchange.
2. Pickup Instructions:
- For domestic orders, we will schedule a reverse pickup within 3-5 working days.
- If a reverse pickup is not possible, customers may self-ship the product to our warehouse. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
3. Inspection & Approval:
- Once we receive your return, our quality control team will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
4. Processing Time:
- Exchange: Once approved, your requested exchange product will be dispatched.
- Returns: If you choose to return instead of exchanging, you will receive store credit (valid for 1 year).
- Refunds: For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account (minus Rs. 200 handling charges).
B. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us a photo with your order ID and barcode within 48 hours of delivery.
- In such cases, we will prioritize an exchange. If the item is out of stock, a full refund (including shipping cost) will be issued.
C. Luxe Collection:
- Luxe Collection items are made to order and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Free alterations* are available within 7 days of receiving your Luxe item (limited to size adjustments only; fabric or style modifications are not allowed).
D. International Orders:
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs, or local sales taxes levied by their country.
E. Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours* of placing them. After that, cancellations are not permitted*.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.
F. Undelivered Products:
- If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
G. Store Credit Details:
- Store credit will be emailed as a voucher code that can be used at checkout.
- Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
H. Payment & Shipping:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available for domestic orders (India).
- Prepaid orders are preferred for priority delivery.
- International shipping is charged at $23 (Rs. 2,000) for orders under $179 (Rs. 15,000) and $11 (Rs. 1,000) for orders above $179 (Rs. 15,000).
