DELIVERY DETAILS

 

  • Our orders are handcrafted in our in-house units and will reach you in maximum  7  to 15 working days.
  • Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7 am and 5.30 pm.
  • A signature may be required on receipt of your parcel.
  • We do not deliver on bank holidays. In this case you should expect your delivery the following working day. We do not deliver on weekends.
  • Delivery times only apply to products currently in stock.
  • Momzjoy.com reserves the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address – In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

DELIVERY PROMISE

Our delivery promise to you is to do our utmost to ensure that you receive the items you have purchased as soon as possible within the guarantee period.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTY

Any customs or import duties on deliveries are charged once the parcel reaches its destination, as these charges vary from country to country, unfortunately we cannot confirm the amount to you in advance. These must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. You may contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents or unforeseen technical glitches, we may not be able to ensure timely delivery. We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order at the earliest.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS INFORMATION

We stand by the products we create. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will make things right for you. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process please read the return/exchange policy and click below on request a return within 7 days of delivery of the garment.

RETURNS POLICY 
  • RAISE REQUEST & SEND ORDER WITHIN 3 / THREE DAYS : If you are not satisfied with our product or believe there is a manufacturing defect, you must raise a return or exchange request by emailing us at contact@momzjoy.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Based on eligibility, either your parcel must be shipped by you or a reverse pickup will be taking place within 7 days.
  • REVERSE PICKUP OR SELF COURIER : We provide reverse pick up which is available at select pin codes, in case reverse pick-up is not done for any reason (owing to courier company delay or any other reason) please contact us at contact@momzjoy.com. In case reverse pick up is not valid at your pin code - you would need to courier back the parcel to the address : Ms Kriti, A-1/78 Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi-110029 (+91-9560516480). When self-couriering a Rs.100 store credit will be shared with you which can be availed on the store for your next purchase. Please ensure below when couriering:
  1. Ensure the parcel is shipped to us and tracking ID is shared with us within 3 days of receiving the product & is safely packed with tags intact. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage (with tracking information), as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
  2. To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging. The original receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return request.
  3. Mention your name and phone number clearly on the parcel 
  • Once your return parcel is received and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and quality approval or rejection status.
  • In case of an approved return, amount will be refunded or store credit may be provided to you (as the case may be). In case of exchange, the exchange item will be sent out to you.
  • REFUND OPTIONS : Following are the refund options the customer can chose from based on the payment method chosen by customer or what the customer prefers.
  1. Store Credit : We provide a Credit note/Discount Code of the same value as the product which is valid for 3 months for your next purchase. Hence, customer can buy any other product available on the website against that store credit code within 3 months. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
  2. Money back in Debit card / Credit card transactions / Net Banking Refunds, the full amount will be refunded, refund will reflect back to source within 5-10 bank working days from date of Momzjoy receiving back parcel and quality control team approving request.
  3. Money back in Cash on Delivery Refunds, the money will be refunded to your bank account minus Rs.180 (owing to COD charges) the refund should reflect within 5-10 bank working days from date of Momzjoy receiving back parcel and quality control team approving request
  • In case of any manufacturing defect in the product, full return cost including any shipping cost borne by customer will be refunded
