DELIVERY & RETURNS INFORMATION
1) TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMELINE & PRIORITY DELIVERY
Momzjoy's products are made-to-order and handcrafted with love in its in-house units in India. Thus, products may reach you within 7 to 14 working days. However, we understand you may have scheduled maternity shoots, baby showers, travel plans etc. on a particular date, hence, we offer priority delivery in such cases.

NOTE : In India, paid orders are preferred for priority deliveries as our priority courier partner sends out paid orders
2) TRACKING OF ORDER
Once dispatched, Momzjoy.com will send you an order dispatch confirmation email with the tracking ID of the courier it has been sent by.
3) CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Momzjoy's products are handcrafted and made-to-order, hence cancellation of orders once order processing has started makes it challenging. Hence, cancellation of orders is permitted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
NOTE: Products already on sale under the Last Clearance Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Maternity lingerie, feeding pillows and baby products are also non-returnable and cannot be exchanged due to hygiene norms.
4) EXCHANGES & RETURNSItems are eligible for exchange and return within 7 days of delivery.
You can exchange any item for any product available on our website. If the new item is of lower value, store credit will be issued.
If you prefer to return and not to exchange for another item(s), you will be provided store credit with a 1-year validity from the date of issue.
The Process
Step 1: Raise a return or exchange request by emailing us at contact@momzjoy.com. You need to inform us of the exchange/ return within 7 days via email/message.
Step 2: Place the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same condition as delivered. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and unworn with all original tags attached.
Step 3: For international orders you will have to send the parcel back to our warehouse in New Delhi, India.
Please make sure to obtain proof of postage (with tracking information), as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
For India, our team will schedule a reverse pick-up within 3-5 working days. In this case the parcel reaches back to us within 10-15 days owing to courier company policy. In case reverse pick-up is not done for any reason within 7 days of raising request (owing to courier company delay or any other reason) please email us at contact@momzjoy.com
PLEASE NOTE :
For size or product exchanges, once the original order is returned to the warehouse and passes the quality check, the replacement item(s) will be dispatched.
For returns, once the original order is returned to the warehouse and passes the quality check, store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon.
Gift vouchers or gift cards redeemed at the time of purchase will only be refunded in the form of store credit.
Products purchased on clearance sale, or products returned in a soiled, damaged, or altered condition, are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Store credit is emailed to you in a voucher format on your registered email ID. To use it, copy the code and apply it in the "use discount code or gift voucher" box at checkout. If you face any issues, please email us at contact@momzjoy.com.
Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
7) EXCEPTIONAL CASES
Momzjoy.com reserves the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address – In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. Also, incorrect information may lead to non-delivery of orders.
In exceptional circumstances, such as pandemics, extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents or unforeseen technical glitches, we may not be able to ensure timely delivery. We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order at the earliest.
8) PAYMENT
We accept All International Credit Cards for payments through our secure payment gateway - CCAVenue.
(Cash on Delivery is not allowed during international purchases i.e option only present in India)
9) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
We charge $23* (Rs. 2,000) for orders under $179* (Rs.15,000). For orders above $179* (Rs.15,000), we charge $11* (Rs.1,000).
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.

10) DELIVERY PARTNERS
We deliver via UPS, Aramex, Fedex, DHL. We don't ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses. We do not deliver on bank holidays or national holidays or state specific holidays. In this case you should expect your delivery the following working day.
11) WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR MY ORDER?
* Shipping is free for all prepaid domestic orders.
* For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge (Rs. 100) as handling charges (non-refundable).
* For international shipping, we charge $23* (Rs. 2,000) for orders under $179* (Rs.15,000). For orders above $179* (Rs.15,000), we charge $11* (Rs.1,000). Please write to us at contact@momzjoy.com or WhatsApp at +91-9560516480 in case of any queries.
* For refunds on paid and COD orders, ₹200 will be deducted for logistics and handling charges. For orders above ₹10,000, a ₹500 deduction will apply if the entire order is returned.

We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order at the earliest
12) RETURN OPTIONS
A. EXCHANGE: Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up or self-courier and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by customer will be sent out. The customer can also opt for a store credit to utilise for purchase.
NOTE : Exchange is allowed once per order, on the exchanged order refund shall not be applicable. Store credit may be provided if applicable.
B. RETURNS: Following are the return/refund options the customer can chose from based on the payment method chosen by customer or what the customer prefers.
Option 1 : Store Credit ( Valid for COD & PAID ORDERS) : We provide a Credit note/Discount Code of the FULL AMOUNT which is valid for 3 months for your next purchase. Hence, customer can buy any other product available on the website against that store credit code within 3 months. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
Option 2 : Money back in PAID ORDERS - Debit card / Credit card transactions / Net Banking Refunds: The money will be refunded to the source (owing to shipping and handling charges), refund will reflect back to source within 5-10 bank working days from date of Momzjoy receiving back parcel and quality control team approving request.
Option 3 : Money back in CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS: The full money minus Rs.200 will be refunded to your bank account (owing to COD charges + shipping and handling charges). The refund should reflect within 5-10 bank working days from date of Momzjoy receiving back parcel and quality control team approving request.
NOTE : Although we work towards a Zero error policy, we take full responsibility of products received by you having a manufacturing defect. Hence, in such cases FULL REFUND including any shipping costs borne by customer will be refunded by Momzjoy.
NOTE : Also, note that in case we don't receive information from customer's end w.r.t return options for 7 days - we automatically provide a store credit to the customer.
