To popularise Yoga among pregnant women for healthy and normal delivery on International Yoga day, Rajkot (Gujarat) did something absolutely brilliant by setting a Guinness world record in the category 'Largest Prenatal Yoga' as around 1632 pregnant women got ready to perform Yoga together beating Chinas record of 900 expecting women performing group yoga.

Yoga sends a strong message that it can be very useful and beneficial. Rajkot Collector Vikrant Pandey has a vision of pre-natal yoga being introduced permanently for pregnant ladies. They promise to provide this to 20,000 women. More than 140 private doctors and more than 80 government doctors are associated with this at Rajkot.

What a wonderful message to be spread and executed. Kudos to the 1632 expecting mothers and Rajkot, Gujarat for making this a reality. These women are really the stepping stones for promoting a healthy and natural delivery. The benefits of Yoga are after all immense.
