International Delivery

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

1) TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMELINE

Momzjoy's products are made-to-order and handcrafted with love in its in-house units in India and hence products may reach you within 7 to 15 working days to most countries. However, in case of priority delivery needed please reach out to us via contact@momzjoy.com/ message us/ reach us at +91-9560516480 and we can surely help you with the same :)

2) PAYMENT

We accept All International Credit Cards for payments through our secure payment gateway - CCAVenue. 

(Cash on Delivery is not allowed during international purchases i.e option only present in India)

3) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

Currently we have a special offer going on valid from 16 July 2018 wherein we are offering free international shipping.

When offer ends - We offer free shipping for orders above $200, and charge $20 USD for all orders below $200 USD. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Our delivery partners are authorised to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.

4) DELIVERY PARTNERS

We deliver via UPS, Aramex, Fedex, DHL. We don't ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses. We do not deliver on bank holidays or national holidays or state specific holidays. In this case you should expect your delivery the following working day. NOTE : In exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents or unforeseen technical glitches, we may not be able to ensure timely delivery. We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order at the earliest

5) TRACKING OF ORDER

Once dispatched, Momzjoy.com will send you an order dispatch confirmation email with the tracking ID of the courier it has been sent by.

6) RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You must raise a return or exchange request by emailing us at contact@momzjoy.com within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

- The product needs to be couriered back to the below address post which a quality check shall take place and then refund/exchange will be approved (shipping costs are borne by the customer)

- Tracking must be shared with us at contact@momzjoy.com within the 3 day period.

- Order Number and Name must be written on the parcel clearly

Exchange and Refunds are applicable. In case of Refunds the full amount minus the shipping charge will be refunded back to the source. Once refunds are approved the amount takes 7-8 days to reflect.

7) EXCEPTIONAL CASES

Momzjoy.com reserves the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address – In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. Also, incorrect information may lead to non-delivery of orders.

8) CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Momzjoy's products are handcrafted and made-to-order, hence cancellation of orders once order processing has started makes it challenging. Hence, cancellation of orders is permitted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
