Momzjoy's products are made-to-order and handcrafted with love in its in-house units in India and hence products may reach you within 7 to 14 working days. However, we understand you may have scheduled maternity shoots, baby showers, travel plans or family events etc. on a particular date, hence, we offer priority delivery in such cases. IMP : Products on FLAT 1999/- sale are not eligible for returns/exchange.
For all other products, you must raise a return or exchange request by emailing us at contact@momzjoy.com within
3 days of receiving your parcel.

We have both exchange and return (store credit, refund to source - in prepaid orders, refund to bank account in COD) options available. We provide money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.
In case of prepaid orders, full amount is refunded.
In COD orders, the full refund amount minus COD and restocking charge of Rs.100 is deducted per order
